Returns
Since all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong size, design, or damaged item).

Refunds

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges since each item is made to order. If eligible, you can return the defective item for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
